Sixteen bedrooms are en suite and all our bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard. They are light and airy and most have country views. Bedrooms are available as 16 single or up to 42 shared. Tea and coffee making facilities and towels are provided. Please ask us for details.

RESTAURANT
Our fine restaurant, which looks out onto the lawn and the lake, caters for up to 100 people. Continental breakfasts, two-course lunches and three-course evening meals are available. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and other special dietary requirements. All our food is freshly prepared by our chefs, who have gained an excellent reputation!

Fresh tea and coffee is served in our relaxing coffee lounge during morning and afternoon breaks, after lunch and after the evening meal. A speciality tea and coffee machine is also available should you require refreshments at other times.

Our luxurious, spacious lounge enables you to relax in comfort and enjoy the tranquil view of the grounds. The lounge opens out onto the grounds beside the lake. Sky TV is available in the lounge for use by our guests.

The grounds offer wonderful walks, including paths alongside the lake and across to the remains of the original Waverley Abbey monastery.

We offer fax and photocopying facilities.

Outgoing mail is collected daily. A payphone is also available (takes coins and phonecards).

MOBILITY

Waverley is a listed (Grade II*) property and the first floor (where conference rooms are located) is reached by stairs only. Therefore those with significant mobility challenges may not be able to access this floor.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

The area around Waverley offers a whole range of historical sites, walks, shopping and leisure facilities, including the charming town of Farnham (about 2 miles away), Farnham Castle, Farnham Pottery, Birdworld, Jane Austen’s home, Frensham Country Park and Ponds and The Watercress Steam Train Railway Line.
